SHIPPING
Q: How much is postage for international orders?

A: It depends on the country. Below are the current Royal Mail shipping prices as of January 2021.
Q: Where are you based / Where will my order be dispatched from?

A: Cheltenham, UK.
Q: Can I request a different shipping method?

A: Absolutely, please contact me to discuss alternative shipping methods and prices. You can get a hold of me via one of my contact forms or via a direct message on twitter.
Q: I'm under 16 years old, can I still place an order?

A: Of course you can. Please just make sure you have your parent's permission and ask them to help you.
COMMISSIONS
Q: How long will my commission take to complete?

A: It depends on the complexity of the subject matter. I'd estimate 3-4 weeks as a rough average.
Q: Why is the wait time so long?

A: I am not currently making enough money from my art alone to pay my bills. While this is a goal I'm working towards, as it stands I also have to work a day job to support myself. Please be patient with me.
Q: Is there anything you won't draw?

A: Yes, there are some things I would refuse to draw:
► Anything intended as discriminatory i.e. - Racist caricatures, Anti-LGBT propaganda.
► Extremist political or religious propaganda
► Under-age characters (Or a character that appears under-age) in sexual situations
► Detailed close ups of only genitals, or gore
► Vore, Body Inflation, Bestiality, Hyper Muscles / Genitalia
Q: Do you take requests?

A: I do on Patreon. I hold polls every 2 months to allow my Patrons to make suggestions and vote on the content they'd like to see.
Q: Do you do art trades?

A: Only with close trusted friends.
Q: Can I upload my commission online?

A: Yes of course! I'll provide a smaller water-marked version of your commission specifically for web use. Please credit me and link to linktr.ee/ToddsHollow wherever you decide to post it :)

DATA PROTECTION
► Any information you provide to me will be held in confidence. I will never pass your details to a 3rd party without your consent.
BULLYING + HARASSMENT
► Bullying, harassment, or discrimination based on race, age, gender, or sexual orientation is not permitted in this house.
► I have zero tolerance for this type of behaviour.
► Anyone found guilty of offence with any connection to Todd's Hollow, followers, or affiliates will be banned and blocked from further interactions.
COMMISSION NOTICE
► Original artwork produced by Todd's Hollow will remain copyrighted to Todd's Hollow.
[Translation - If I draw a picture for you, it is still my work, and I retain my right to post it to my social media accounts and online portfolios.]
► Characters, objects, or themes drawn will remain copyrighted to their creators.
[Translation - If I draw your character, it's still your character.]
► I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
► Any commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use will need to be discussed in advance and is on a strictly case-by-case basis.
[Translation - You are not permitted to sell or use my work for profit.]
► The client is entitled to up to 3 small edits (e.g. colour adjustments and additions of forgotten small details) after the commission is finished, however larger edits will a incur additional fees that are reflective of the work required. Quotations will be given and need to be paid in advance of large edits commencing. Please make sure to communicate clearly to avoid this.
► Upon completion of the commission, you the client will receive a full resolution PNG of the artwork, alongside any additional files if listed for the commission type. No physical items will be shipped.
► If you would like a physical print of your commission I am happy to discuss the additional costs associated with getting it printed for you. You will need to bring this up at the start of the process to ensure the artwork is rendered at an appropriate resolution.
► The client shall not take credit for the artwork, nor edit the artwork without permission. Removal of the artist's signature is prohibited. Edits of the artwork in terms of cropping, resizing, transparency changes, or adding text for example are allowed without permission being required.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
► Returns or Refunds for physical items are permissible within 14 days of purchase.
► To receive a refund the item must be first returned undamaged and in re-saleable condition.
► If your item was damaged in transit please contact me before returning the damaged item to arrange a replacement.
► If you've received the wrong item please contact me before returning and I'll arrange for the correct item to be sent.
► If in doubt please don't hesitate to ask questions!
► Commission refunds will not be available after the commission is complete. Partial refunds may be available before the concept sketch is approved / finalized.
► Forced refund via chargeback will result in the client being banned and blocked from further interaction and details of the offence being released in a public PSA .
